A lot of teenagers consider learning how to drive a rite of passage. For the 13 KALIPAY teens, it was such a blessing to be able to complete a Theoretical Driving Course conducted by no other than Land Transportation Office Region 6 at Recovered Treasures Home last March 31 to April 1, 2022.
