Kalipay Negrense Foundation Inc., is a non-profit foundation working for the causes of disadvantaged children – the homeless, abandoned, neglected, malnourished, physically and sexually abused, victims of child labor and trafficking, and foundlings.
Kalipay is accredited by the Philippine Certified NGO Council (PCNC)

Kalipay Brings Joy
In partnership with the Anti Mendicancy Department of the Bacolod City, Kalipay had reached out to 41 street children who are living in Bacolod Public Plaza.
No Child Should Be On The Streets
This exposes children-at-risk to dangers, such as being run over by vehicles and other health hazards. Sadly, some of these kids use the money they get to buy solvents and rugby.
