This week, four KALIPAY children had the chance to participate in Mcdo’s Kiddie Crew Program. This opportunity offered them a delightful mix of fun, learning, and new friendships.
On their first day, they were greeted by the friendly staff and given their own Kiddie Crew uniforms, which they wore with immense pride. The program was designed to be both educational and entertaining, giving the girls a chance to learn about the behind-the-scenes operations of one of their favorite places.
They learned the importance of teamwork, communication, and responsibility as they took on various tasks. From assisting in the kitchen to greeting customers with cheerful smiles, they were actively involved in every aspect of the restaurant’s daily operations. It was incredible to see them grow in confidence and skill.
Throughout the program, the staff at Mcdo were incredibly supportive and encouraging. They made sure the girls felt welcome and included, providing guidance and praise at every step.
The experience will culminate in a small graduation ceremony tomorrow where the girls will receive their certificates of completion and special Kiddie Crew badges but had given the girls a lasting positive impact adding to what will surely be a core childhood memory.
