Known to our children as “Tito Sir Mhel”, our Kalipay’s very own Executive Director, Meliton Sillador, Jr. has been recognized as one of the Exemplary Rotarians by the Rotary District 3850 during the District Conference 2023 held at Boracay, Philippines, after he was nominated by his home club, Rotary Club of Bacolod Central.
Sir Mhel’s dedicated passion and exceptional performance as a Rotarian made him shine among the 102 nominees.
