To teach our dear kids the importance of self-care in their well-being, our Kalipay children attended an enrichment talk titled “Promoting Self-Care” conductd by the USLS Volunteer Counselors for 2023, spearheaded by Ms. Shinette Pestaño.
Our children were presented with a definition of self-care and various activities aligned with it. They were also educated on activities that they conduct in the home and school setting that could be classified as self-care.
Our Kalipay family is very blessed with all USLS Volunteer Counselors who shared their precious time, knowledge, and passion to guide our kids towards their holistic progress and bring out the best of their potential.
