Visits are sweeter the second time around as the representatives of Spouses of Heads of Mission Manila (SHOM) visited Kalipay Negrense Foundation, Inc. on March 9, 2023. Spouses of Heads of Mission (SHOM) is a group consisting of spouses of foreign ambassadors accredited to the Philippines, having the goal of bringing help to underprivileged children for their development. Riitta Laakso of Finland, the president of SHOM Manila, together with their Vice-President Nicole Weismann of European Union, and members namely Eva Mellbin of Denmark, Pieter Ten Bosch of Netherlands, and Sabrina Bordji Michel of Switzerland, were warmly welcomed by our very own KALIPAY's founder and president Anna Balcells, together with the members of the board of trustees, and the entire staff and children of Kalipay with heartfelt and fun song and dance number. With joyful hearts, the whole Kalipay team thanks SHOM for its relentless support and appreciation to our mission of promoting children's rights and holistic development! As we move further in the year 2023, we look forward to more productive, impactful, and fun partnership with SHOM with the main purpose of bringing joy to our children!
