Kalipay is filled with joy today as we finally received our Mayor’s Permit from the city of Bacolod. Getting that permit opens up new opportunities and chances this 2023 for us to continue our mission of bringing joy to our children by being a foundation who respects children’s precious lives and dignity by giving them food, safety, health, and education. The whole Kalipay Team is thankful to the city government of Bacolod for its relentless support to our advocacy and goals for our kids. This permit is not only a piece of paper but rather a pathway to carry out our mission, vision, and goals as a children’s foundation.
