Today’s beautiful weather allowed several children of KALIPAY enjoy a quick outdoor session in the garden beneath some trees for some relaxation exercises to help them refresh their focus.
And since field trips are out of the question these days, their Adviser Teacher Jed had to improvise. They integrated their Araling Panlipunan lesson on Anyong Tubig (Forms of water) by imagining themselves relaxing beside the sea, the lake and some waterfalls!
We hope this gives everyone some mid-week inspiration to have a bit of a breather!
*The school, Kalipay Learning Center, is located inside the Recovered Treasures compound; the teachers are also living within the grounds- allowing the children to attend classes face to face. Visitors are not allowed to enter the Home for health and safety reasons.
