Kalipay Negrense Foundation, Inc. headed by its President and Founder Anna Balcells paid a courtesy visit to Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio “Bong “ Lacson. Balcells presented Governor Lacson Kalipay’s 2021 Annual Report and gave updates on status of rescued children inside the Home. Balcells also thanked the Governor for the Province’s continued support to Kalipay. With Anna Balcells are Kalipay Board of Trustees Jannette Gonzaga and John Gayoso, Executive Director Mhel Sillador and Comm Team.
