Kalipay responds to a call of help from our government to take care of a foundling, a baby boy who was left in the sugarcane fields in Sagay City through our social workers.
Despite the difficulties in running and sustaining a children’s home, being in a province where there is no government facility to provide shelter for disadvantaged children, we passionately strive to continue our work and responsibility of taking care of the kids and be a loving and nurturing family to them and we get to do this because of the continued support of our donors, sponsors, and the generosity of those persons who reach out to us to share their graces and blessings to our precious kids.
As our founder and president, Ms. Anna Balcells would say, “Kalipay continues to open its doors to children who are in need.”
We will never get tired of rescuing them and open the door of our home to them; we will never give up to bring them the joy that they deserve in this lifetime.
