In KALIPAY, the children under our care have come from unfortunate circumstances. But with the love and guidance of mothers and mother figures, we make a home out of a shelter.
To the mothers in our Board of Trustees, Admin Staff, our Home Managers and Home Parents, our nurse, teachers and social workers, and most especially to our founder and President, Anna C. Balcells, who has stood as a mother figure to over 500 Kalipay children in the past thirteen years- we wish you all a Happy Mother’s Day!
