Ahead of our training event, we had a productive courtesy call with the Provincial Governor of Negros Occidental, Hon. Eugenio Jose Lacson. Mhel Enderes Sillador, Executive Director of Kalipay Negrense Foundation, Maria Concepcion Estrella, Executive Director of Adarna Group Foundation, and Melissa-Ann Macarubbo, Program Officer of LBC Foundation, discussed the "Unang Isang Libong Araw" and "Ang Unang Aklat" projects and endorsed books from Adarna House. This meeting precedes our training sessions with Social Workers, Health Workers, and Community Partners of the City of Bacolod and the Province of Negros Occidental.
