Last night, we celebrated one of our most cherished traditions: the annual get-together of our Independent Living College Students, led by none other than our dedicated Founder and President, Anna Balcells.
The get-together is proof to the bonds we’ve built within our KALIPAY family. It’s a time for our university students to come together, update us with their lives, celebrate their achievements, and look forward to the future with hope. This year’s event was particularly special, as it marked a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to support our students in their pursuit of higher education and independence.
The evening was filled with laughter, stories, and heartfelt moments. Tita Anna, who has always been our source of inspiration and support, shared words of wisdom and encouragement with our students.
The dinner is a simple celebration of the children’s hard work, determination, and the support system that surrounds them. It’s a reminder that at KALIPAY, we are not just an organization – we are a family. We are immensely proud of our independent living college students and are committed to supporting them every step of the way!
