It’s been a year since we introduced Bokashi horticulture into our Kalipay Farm program! Thanks to the incredible support from Rotary Club of Bacolod Central, we’ve successfully transformed food waste and similar organic matter into a valuable soil amendment. This process not only reduces waste but also enriches our soil with nutrients, enhancing its texture and fertility for healthier crops for our children.
