Kalipay is happy to announce our partnership with Happy Beginners School of Learning this academic school year 2019-2020. Five of our kids join their pool of students this year. With grateful hearts, we remain! Happy Beginners’ School of Learning Inc. is a learning center that provides the right kind of fun-filled learning activities and individual intervention for early childhood development and children with special needs.
