Last December 10, 2019, the Provincial Council for the Protection of Children (PCPC) of the Provincial Planning and Development Office held a Technical Writing Workshop at Nature’s Village Hotel and Resort in Talisay City and was attended by different NGOs.
PCPC is a council fully harnessed to be an efficient and effective advocate of child’s rights that implements all children’s programs at the local levels.
