Kalipay’s Executive Director, Mhel Enderes Sillador has been elected as the National Vice Chairperson of DSWD Area Based Standards Network (ABSNET). ABSNET is an organization of DSWD registered, licensed, & accredited social welfare and development agencies. The organization is aimed to provide participative and consultative mechanism in the areas of standards development; registration, licensing and accreditation; capability building and technical assistance.
Mr. Sillador was elected among the 16 elected members of the National Board of the organization during the General Assembly held in Naga City attended by hundreds of NGOs in the country.
