He is lawyer and is well known in the community for his integrity and big heart. His legal counsel and wisdom has been a much appreciated blessing to the board. He has been voted as one of the Top Ten Most Outstanding Councilors of the Philippines in 2006 and has served as a councilor in the city of Bacolod for two terms. Lyndon is serving as Chairman for Christian Foundation for Persons with Disability.
A customer service coach and marketing consultant, he advocates the development of soft skills resulting to organizational harmony. He holds a Master in Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Ateneo de Manila University.
