She is a multi-awarded designer and resource speaker on entrepreneurship for various business groups. Gigi together with her husband were instrumental in bringing the Bukas Loob ng Diyos Covenant Community to Bacolod. Gigi is also a member of the Association Negros Producers, Inc. , BAHA – the Anti-Baha Alliance of Bacolod City and PHILEXPORT – Philippine Exporters Confederation. She is Managing Director of Reeds and Weeds, Inc. a company involved in the manufacturing and export of lifestyle furniture and furnishings.
